6.1 Internet Connection Lost
- Check that the Wi-Fi connection is active and has internet access.
- If the robot uses a SIM card, check that there is mobile signal in the area.
- Ensure the antenna is properly connected and not damaged.
- Restart the robot and wait 2–3 minutes for reconnection.
- If the issue persists, escalate the issue to technical support.
6.2 Robot Battery Depleted
- Activate Emergency Mode if the robot is unresponsive.
- Connect the robot to the charging dock or power cable immediately.
- Confirm the charging indicator light turns green.
- Allow the robot to charge for at least 30 minutes before use.
6.3 Robot Locked
- Confirm whether the robot is currently in Emergency Mode.
- Press the red emergency button on the back of the robot once.
- Wait for the system message confirming Emergency Mode.
- Restart the robot using the power button at the bottom.
- If the robot remains locked after restart, contact technical support for remote unlocking.
6.4 Application Login Password Issue
- Carefully re-enter your username and password (passwords are case-sensitive).
- Check that Caps Lock is turned off.
- Ensure the internet connection is active.
- If you forgot your password, select “Forgot Password” in the application and follow the instructions.
- If login still fails, contact support to reset your credentials.
6.5 SIM Card Installation
- Locate the sensor area at the bottom of the robot.
- Above the sensor, find the SIM card slot.
- Use a standard-size SIM card. (For old Robot main size and for New Robot Micro)
- Insert the SIM card correctly into the slot (do not force it).
- Power the robot off, then on from the bottom.
- Note: Some mobile providers are not supported.
- Contact support to confirm compatibility.
6.6 Camera Not Working
- Click the camera button in the application.
- Switch between available cameras.
- Ensure no physical object is blocking the camera.
- Restart the application if the camera feed does not appear.
6.7 Microphone Muted
- Locate the speaker area at the top of the robot.
- Press the microphone icon to unmute using the hardware control.
- Confirm the microphone icon changes to active status on the screen.
6.8 Speaker Not Working
- Increase the volume using the application or robot controls.
- Ensure the speaker is not muted.
- Check that no external device (headset or cable) is connected.
- Restart the robot and test audio again.
- If sound is still not audible, escalate to technical support.
6.9 LCD Screen Not Working
- Check that the robot is powered on.
- Confirm the battery is not fully depleted.
- Look for any visible damage to the screen.
- Restart the robot using the bottom power button.
- If the screen remains black or unresponsive, contact technical support.
6.10 Exit Autopilot Mode
- Press the red button on the back of the robot.
- Confirm EMERGENCY MODE is activated on the screen.
- The robot will stop autonomous movement immediately.
6.11 Drawer Not Opening
- Apply gentle pressure to the drawer.
- Pull the drawer backward carefully.
- Do not force the drawer if it feels stuck.
6.12 Rotating the Robot Camera (360°)
- Rotate the camera using the doctor’s panel or robot controls. Or left side of LEO360 Robot application panel (Reset PTZCamera)
- Do not touch or rotate the camera manually, as this may damage the motor.
6.13 Touch Not Working on Camera
- Ensure the camera view is fully loaded on the screen.
- Tap the screen gently using your finger (do not use sharp objects).
- Clean the screen surface with a dry, soft cloth.
- Restart the application and try again.
- If touch still does not respond, restart the robot.
6.14 Mouse Not Connecting
- Check the mouse battery and replace if needed.
- Ensure the mouse power switch is turned ON. (On the bottom of the mouse)
- Check Bluetooth settings and confirm the mouse is paired. (For pairing the mouse you have to hold the mouse button in the bottom of the mouse for 3 seconds.)
- Move the mouse closer to the robot.
- Restart the robot if connection fails.
6.15 Keyboard Not Connecting
- Ensure the keyboard power switch is ON.
- Check and replace batteries if needed. (In the back)
- Confirm the keyboard is paired in Bluetooth settings. For pairing the Bluetooth on the keyboard you can use F1, F2 and F3 button in usual Robot connect to the keyboard with F1 so if you click on F1 button on the keyboard the light will be change to the blinking and after that the light change to the solid it means the keyboard connected to the Robot successfully. for connecting to the new devices you can hold any of these 3 buttons for 3 seconds.
- Move the keyboard closer to the robot.
- Restart the robot and retry connection.
6.16 Mouse or Keyboard Battery Depleted
- Replace the batteries with new ones (recommended: Duracell). For opening the mouse you have to unplug the mouse cover from middle of the mouse, for keyboard you have to open battery door in the bottom of the keyboard.
- If rechargeable, fully recharge before use.
- Reconnect the device after battery replacement.
6.17 Bottom LED Not Turning On
- Confirm the robot is powered on.
- Confirm LEO360 Robot application is opened.
- Check battery level and connect to charger if low.
- Restart the robot.
- Inspect for visible damage around the LED area.
- If the LED remains off, contact technical support.
6.18 Thermometer Battery Depleted
- Replace the battery with the recommended type. (recommended: Duracell)
- Ensure battery polarity (+ / –) is correct.
- Restart the thermometer after replacement.
6.19 Change Thermometer Unit (Fahrenheit to Celsius)
- Turn on the thermometer.
- Press and hold the light button for 3–5 seconds.
- Select °C when the unit option appears.
- Confirm the selection and exit settings.
6.20 Thermometer Error: Device Not Found
- Ensure the thermometer is powered on.
- Move the thermometer closer to the robot.
- Restart the application and retry connection.
- Restart the robot if the issue continues.
6.21 Glucometer Not Detected
- Ensure the glucometer is powered on.
- Ensure the glucometer Getting the data. (The only time that Glucometer can send data is the time that get a measurement).
- Ensure the bluetooth head of glucometer is connected.
- Move the glucometer closer to the robot.
- Restart the application and retry.
- Check that the correct device is selected.
6.22 Glucometer Battery Depleted
- Connect the glucometer to the any USB charger. You can the Glucometer to shoulder of the Robot.
- Restart the glucometer and reconnect.
6.23 Change Glucometer Language
- Turn on the glucometer.
- Enter Settings or Menu mode.
- Select Language.
- Choose the preferred language and confirm.
- Restart the device if required.
6.24 Stethoscope Red Error Status
- Ensure the stethoscope is properly connected.
- Check battery level and charge if low.
- Remove the bluetooth and reconnect the stethoscope.
- Restart the application.
- If the red status persists, contact support.
6.25 Stethoscope Head Position Incorrect (Lung / Heart)
- Ensure the correct mode (Heart or Lung) is selected in the stethoscope.
- Reposition the stethoscope head gently.
- Confirm correct placement with the doctor.
- Retry the examination.
6.26 Stethoscope Battery Depleted
- Connect the stethoscope too the existing cable of the third drawer.
- Restart the stethoscope after replacement.
6.27 Otoscope Tip Not Fully Inserted
- Remove the otoscope tip (Speculla).
- Reinsert the tip firmly until it clicks or fits securely.
- Ensure the tip is clean and undamaged. (each of them should use for one time)
- Retry the examination.
6.28 Otoscope Image Not Displayed
- Confirm the otoscope is connected.
- Ensure the camera view is selected in the application.
- Check that the otoscope light is on.
- Restart the application if needed.
6.29 Dermatoscope Not Opening
- Ensure the dermatoscope is properly connected.
- Ensure the camera view is selected in the application.
- Restart the application.
- Restart the robot if the issue continues.
6.30 Dermatoscope Image Not Clear
- Clean the dermatoscope lens with a soft cloth.
- Ensure proper skin contact.
- Adjust lighting if needed.
- Adjust zooming if needed.
- Hold the device steady during use.
6.31 Adjust Dermatoscope Light
- Open dermatoscope settings in the application.
- Increase or decrease light intensity as needed. (Click on light button)
- Confirm changes before proceeding.
6.32 Robot Head Not Powered On
- Confirm the robot main power is on.
- Restart the robot.
- Check for system messages or alerts.
- If the head does not power on, escalate to technical support.
6.33 Entering Windows
- Exit the main application safely.
- Use the keyboard and mouse to access the Windows desktop.
- Login with authorized credentials only.
- Do not change system settings without permission.
6.34 Application Not Opening
- Confirm internet connection is active.
- Close the application completely.
- Restart the application.
- Restart the robot if needed.
- Contact support if the issue persists.
