Preparing the Robot

Before use:

• Ensure the robot is powered and connected to the network
• Confirm camera and audio functionality
• Position the robot to protect patient privacy

Starting a Consultation

• Verify patient identity as required by local procedures
• Confirm patient consent before starting the session
• Connect the patient to the licensed clinician

During the Session

• Remain available to support the patient if required
• Do not interrupt unless necessary for safety or technical reasons

Actions Staff Must Not Perform

• Do not provide clinical advice
• Do not operate outside assigned role
• Do not record sessions unless authorised by GPDQ policies
