Roles and Responsibilities

Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

HCAs are regulated healthcare workers. Their responsibilities include:

• Preparing the environment and patient for consultation
• Supporting patients during the session within their professional scope
• Ensuring privacy and dignity are maintained
• Managing consultation interruptions and ensuring patient follow-up
• Escalating clinical concerns to the licensed clinician

HCAs must not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

LEO360 Customer Staff (Non-Clinical Operators)

Customer staff are non-clinical operators. Their responsibilities include:

• Basic operation of the LEO360 robot
• Initiating and ending sessions
• Performing basic troubleshooting steps

They must not:

• Provide clinical guidance
• Interpret medical information
• Advise patients on health matters

Licensed Clinicians (GPDQ Group)

Licensed clinicians are responsible for:

• Clinical assessment
• Diagnosis and treatment decisions
• Clinical documentation in Semble
• Clinical follow-up

Lyons Global LTD (LEO360)

Lyons Global LTD is responsible for:

• Robot hardware and software
• Platform availability and maintenance
• Technical support and incident handling
