LEO360 does not:
- Perform triage
- Assess symptoms
- Suggest diagnoses
- Recommend treatments
If a clinical concern arises:
- HCAs must escalate immediately to the licensed clinician
- Non-clinical staff must defer to HCAs or clinicians
Patient safety always takes priority over technical or operational concerns.
